Often our own perceptions are getting in our way. We can’t see what we need to see and we don’t know what we don’t know. We are too close to the situation, and we can get stuck. Often me asking the right questions at the right time helps to broaden your perspective and you see what you have been missing. The clarity is freeing. The process is simple and it is profound.
We explore best ways to facilitate those changes, learning and growing and celebrating the wins. At times the changes happen quickly. Sometimes it seems like 2 steps forward and 1 step back. It’s still progress.

I offer a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and retreats. My areas of expertise include stress management, work-life balance, career transitions, sales training/motivation, and personal growth.
Even though I am based out of the Austin and surrounding areas, we can still meet via Zoom remotely anywhere in the U.S at your convenience.

Why Choose Me? My Background & Experience
For over 25 years, I scratched and clawed my way up in the auto industry eventually becoming General Sales Manager of a major dealership. I've held just about every position in industry including Sales, Sales Management, F&I, and GSM.
While the industry was always challenging, I was always able to stay motivated to lead my team to new horizons. I never asked my team to do anything that I wouldn't personally do to move to the next level. If I believed it, We were going to accomplish it! I've had record months in the industry, and I feel I have the knowledge and experience to help those in need.
Even though it was an amazing journey, I'm now ready to apply the same coaching principles that I was able to instill in my salespeople/sales managers and now apply them to benefit your everyday life. Not only do I have my Coaching Certificate, I have years and years of life coaching in different industries. Don't get me wrong, we've all made mistakes along the road, but what matters is how fast you bounce back, learn a valuable lesson, and keep running! Let's begin this journey together and get you on track or back on track!
